We share everything we’ve learned from our own law firm journeys to both build your entrepreneurial skills and confidence AND avoid costly mistakes. Wherever you are with your virtual law practice, we will give you practical advice and tools for starting, running, and optimizing your virtual law firm.
Stepping outside of your comfort zone. Keeping fear of the unknown at bay. Getting over your fear of failure. These are the things that you need to accomplish before going out on your own to start your own law firm.
All of these actions require one important quality – COURAGE. The courage to take a chance upon yourself. The courage to run a business without actually ever having done so before. The courage to make your own place and name in this crazy, competitive market.
As a lawyer, you were conditioned to be risk averse. Despite this, you are already brave because you sacrificed three years of your life to attend law school, studied for and passing the grueling bar exam, and entered the competitive legal market.
I founded this academy with a special mission – to give lawyers the confidence to practice law on their own terms. It stems from my own experience – starting my own virtual law firm in 2015 with virtually no experience working as an associate. I saw how many lawyers were told that they had to have years of experience before going on their own. And it’s just not true.
I truly believe that doing what you love is a precious freedom. Life is too short for you to not to do what you love. We look forward to help you create the virtual law firm of your dreams!
